You will be charged an agreed a fixed fee (in addition to disbursements such as office copy search, water and drainage search etc.) The Fixed fee depends on the purchase/selling price. These are in addition to disbursements as mentioned.

N K Law are able to assist in the purchase or sale of a property and our fees will depend on the value of the property being purchased.
