Our Fees start at £120 plus VAT plus Disbursements which is for sending the initial legal eviction notice to the tenant.

Disbursements are payments made to third parties on your behalf such at Land Registry fees or Searches. Please note details of possible disbursements in our ‘Conveyancing Fees and Services’ page.
