Solicitor & Director:
Mr Nazakat Khan
Mr Nazakat Khan is the Director of the firm and heads our Immigration Department he also deals with Family Law matters.
Mr Khan qualified in the UK as a Solicitor in 2006 but also holds the qualifications of High Court Advocate Rawalpindi Bar, Pakistan and LLB, DPSI in Law and Local Government.
He has been a Solicitor in the UK for over 20 years and deals with all types of immigration cases (including judicial review and bail) and regularly attends court/tribunal hearings. In addition, he also deals with civil litigation and family law matters.
He regularly appears in Court (including immigration upper tribunals) representing Clients and carrying out advocacy with a high success rate. He also has deals with ‘Special Immigration Appeals Commission’ (SIAC) cases involving allegations of terrorism on behalf of individuals.
He was been an associate Solicitor and Partner at a previous UK law firms for a number of years heading the immigration department before eventually opening NK Law Solicitors.
Consultant Solicitor:
Mr Mohammad Raza Javid
Our Mr Mohammad Raza Javid, is an experienced and senior Solicitor (Consultant), having been in the legal profession since 2005 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. He has over 18 years of experience in law dealing with property matters and civil litigation including debt recovery.
He is also a visiting lecturer for a number of Universities including BPP and City Law School/ London teaching both the Bar and LLB. He is also an Accredited Mediator.
His breadth of experience has enabled him to deal with broad range of civil matters including personal injury, property law, debt recovery and employment law.
He has worked for both large well-known firms (including top 100) firms in addition to smaller locally based ones and therefore understands how various firms operate with all types of client base. He works with cases very meticulously is a bit of a ‘perfectionist’.
Trainee Paralegal/File Handling Assistant:
Mr Sharafat Khan
With over 10 years of business management experience, Mr Sharafat’s background enable him to have regular dealing with customers understand the commercial aspect updating with cases.
He has valuable experience of customer care and in managing his own business which enable him to excel in the practice.
He holds NALP level 3 award in paralegal practice. He works closely with Mr Nazakat Khan on various immigration and family matters. He joined the practice in 2018 and has achieved 8 years experience in all immigration matters.
File Handling Assistant:
Aneeq Khan
He is a trainee solicitor in the practice and is carrying out seats in various areas of practice.
He hopes to qualify as a Solicitor after completion of his formal training.
Estate Planning & Probate Administration Consultant:
Mr Sharaz Khan
Sharaz qualified in 2008 and has specialist experience in dealing with civil litigation, estate planning and probate administration matters.
He is currently working as a consultant within the practice heading the Probate Department, whilst working closely with Mr Nazakat Khan. He joined the practice in 2025.
